Achievements within IBM

JAWS Training:
Organized non-visual mode training for JAWS users to enhance their skills and to increase their productivity in their BAU activities. This training was given across Bangalore, out of which 20 members were benefited. Training includes education on Excel commands, Lotus Notes, Six Sigma Methodology etc.

KEDB (Known Error Database):
As a Lead for the KEDB project analyzed the requirements and importance of this database which would be later used by 150 coordinators within IGA. Also, it would be very important and useful for EMEA Geo across IBM.

Discription-  Change model project
Reason- IGA uses Manage Now as the tool to log tickets, Since IBM has decided to retire it and  launch Maximo we would lose some of the important changes which could not be saved into the new tool as records.  Hence we created a data base to save changes which were 3 to 4 yrs old.
Scope- Whole of IGA account
Result- Successfully created Data base with all required changes,

Locker project:
I worked as a lead for Locker project which is an cost effective project benefitting IBM Facility Team by helping them manage lockers without breaking them .The project concept will also benefit employees across Geo’s within India and in future which would save lakhs of money.

Process Training:
As a core member of Training team, trained 80 coordinators in IPC (Incident/Problem/Change) process working for EMEA GEO.

CI Project:
As a core member of CI (Configuration Item) project, collated asset details which are documented and updated in CMDB and used by IGA team across EMEA GEO.
